As your doula I will:

• Meet with you for 1-3 prenatal visits.  At these visits we will get to know each other and I will learn from you what kind of birth experience you are hoping for.  If you would like me to come along for a tour of the hospital or birthing center where you are planning to deliver, we can do that during one of these visits as well.
• Assist you in creating a written birth plan.
• Be present for your entire labor and delivery, beginning whenever you feel my presence would be beneficial.  I can come to your home or meet you at the hospital or birthing center.
• Be present after the birth, to offer assistance and/or advice with breastfeeding. 
• Meet with you for one post-natal visit to discuss your feelings about the birth and motherhood.
• Write a brief account of your labor and delivery experience, including a photograph of your newborn, which I will bring with me to our post-natal visit.

The total charge for my doula services is $500.
Because I cannot book clients with potentially overlapping due dates, once you have booked my services, the full amount is owed.
